How to get Rishi Niketan
You can take the flight to Delhi, from where you will get lots of options to reach the beautiful city of Rishikesh, like:
By Air: You can take a flight from Delhi to Dehradun Airport (around 24km away from our school), from there, you can take a cab to our school or contact us for arranging a cab.
By Train: Train is available from Delhi to Haridwar or Dehradun and from there you will get a lot of options to reach our school.
By Road: Bus or Cab is available from Delhi to Rishikesh.

How is the weather in Rishikesh?
India is a country offering you the mesmerizing weather. The city of Rishikesh, where our yoga school is located, offers you extremely good weather. Throughout the year, the weather will definitely overwhelm you, except for some months. June is extremely hot here with temperature up to 40°C, July-August observed heavy rainfall and late-December to early-January offers cold weather with temperature ranges up to 5° C.

Is Rishi NIketan a Yoga Alliance Registered School?
Yes, our yoga school in Rishikesh, "Rishi Niketan" is registered with Yoga Alliance, USA.

What makes yoga different from other exercises?
Yoga is also a type of exercise but with more benefits and spirituality. An exercise only focuses on physical fitness but yoga works to maintain physical, mental, and spiritual balance.

What is Yoga Alliance? How does it affect our course?
A support organization that maintains, provides training and curriculum for yoga students. Opting Yoga Alliance accredited course helps you in becoming an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and makes your eligible to teach yoga all over the world.

I am new to this field. Can I still learn it?
Yes, of course! Even it will be interesting to learn something apart from your regular field. Don't worry, people with every level of yoga knowledge can join yoga course of 100 Hours or 200 Hours. Also, yoga programs can be joined by you with having zero knowledge of it.

What is the eligibility criteria to join any of your course?
The eligibility criteria of Kaivalyam demands only one thing, i.e., your dedication and devotion towards yoga.

English is not my first language. Will it be a problem in my learning?
You need not worry about this. Kaivalyam teaches yoga to students of varied culture and languages, so, definitely, language is not a hurdle in your learning.

Does the cost of food and accommodation included in the course?
Yes, Food and accommodation included in the fees of the course, you opt.

What are the criteria to sign up for the course of our choice?
It's just simple. Check the schedule of the course or program you want and sign up online as per the given instruction on the website. You have to deposit advanced fees for the course.

What type of clothes should I carry for a fine yoga practice?
Firstly, choose clothes as per your comfort by keeping in mind the modest dressing.

This is my first time to India, Do I need to know something?
Well, there is not much but still, it will be better if you prepare yourself as per the climate and travel aspects of the country.
